Some of my 7-week-old Gordon Setter pups have lots of small bumps all over under their hair, but none on clear skin areas like the belly or ears. The pups don't seem bothered by the bumps, and there are no ticks or fleas. What could these bumps be and what should I do?

My dog chewed an unopened bottle of polymyxin-b/trimethoprimophth for conjunctivitis. The dog weighs 44lbs and this happened about 20-40 minutes ago. He hasn't thrown up and there have been no changes in eating, drinking, defecating, or urinating. The dog, Bronx, will be 1 year old next week. The bottle was 10 ml and is completely empty, but the box pieces are wet. Is there any concern, and can the dog eat dinner tonight?
