This is the second time my Shih-poo, Milly, has become sick after traveling a distance. The first time she was sick a couple of days after, and this time she was sicker the next day. She vomited her whole belly's contents, which was more chunky with food in it. We were extra careful this time to monitor her all the time. What could be causing this and what should I do?
