We adopted a 2.5-year-old Pit Bull named Keys who has a red skin rash everywhere, open wounds at the base of his ears from scratching, and enlarged, irritated nipples. He has had these issues since we got him and has a history of allergies and rashes. What could be causing these issues and what can we do to help him?
