We found 2 smelly, ulcer-looking holes on my dog's neck. The wounds are round, swollen, and have a foul odor. My dog's name is Ulli, a 5-year-old German Shepherd. There have been no recent changes in her diet, and we noticed the smell yesterday. We have another dog, and they play together but I haven't seen them get aggressive. What could these wounds be, and what should I do?
