We have a German Shepherd, a Boxer, and recently found a Dogo Argentino. They initially got along well, but the Dogo Argentino turned on my Boxer, biting her twice, with the second time resulting in severe throat punctures. We are now keeping them apart using rotating cages. I don't want to put her down and have been trying to find her a new home. Is there anything we can do to modify her teeth so she can't puncture, or any other suggestions?

My daughter's dog is breathing weird and collapsed. The vet suggested bringing him in if he survives the night. What can she do to keep him comfortable in the meantime, and what could be the potential causes of his condition?

My 14-year-old dog was sluggish today. I received a call saying she wouldn't get up, peed herself, had funny breathing, and wouldn't eat or drink much. When I got home, I managed to get her up for a second, and she drank a lot of water. I fed her some mashed potatoes, and her stomach seems hard. I gently pushed on it, and she didn't seem to have pain. What can she have at home for pain relief if she does have pain, and what could be wrong with her?

My 6-month-old Maltipoo puppy was diagnosed with Roundworms. We are on the second round of Safeguard. I am concerned about my kids' safety since the puppy often has hands in his mouth and previously pooped on the carpet. Are my kids in danger? Can the worms survive in the house, specifically in the carpet? Is it true that it takes a couple of weeks outside the body for the eggs to become infective? Should my kids be on any preventative measures?
