My French Bulldog, Gary, has not kept his food down for the last two days and seems to be sleeping more than usual. He has not shown any signs of pain and is approximately 8 years old. We have not changed his diet, but he rejected dry food after keeping down canned food once. Should we switch to canned food due to his age?
