We moved to a new single family home Nov. 30th. Last week, my dog (a 9.5 year old Sheltie) had an accident on the floor that had blood in it. This morning she vomited blood with no food, just liquid and blood. It has snowed since last week so everything is covered up that she could have gotten into. Do you think we need to get her to a vet today (New Year's Day) and what do you think it might be?

What is your experience with the dog drug Previcox? My vet prescribed it for arthritis. Is it safe? I have read a lot of good and bad. My dog has never been on drug therapy before.
