We're pet sitting our friend's aussiedoodle. She ate half of a 2.8 oz peppermint dark chocolate bar with 70% chocolate. She weighs 19.3 lbs and ate it about 10 minutes ago. Should we use 3% hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting, and what other steps should we take?

My dog, Bear, a 12 1/2-year-old malmutr/corgi mix, has been vomiting yellow foamy water off and on for the past few weeks, and just vomited water with traces of blood. He has been on prescription Hills i/d sensitive stomach dog food for over a year and was prescribed 20 mg of Pepcid for vomiting. He has vomited twice in the last hour, drank a lot of water, and won't eat his dinner. His blood work came back normal, and he has not had any new food or treats.
