We rescued a border collie puppy named Piper who was dumped in the country. She has a skin infection, was given Clavamox, but stopped eating and drinking after five doses, became lethargic, and later started vomiting and having diarrhea. We haven't started the new medication because she's not eating and they said to give it with food. The vet isn't concerned about parvo since she doesn't have a fever. What should we do to help Piper?

My dog, Wally, a 1.5-year-old cockapoo, threw up this morning and had green diarrhea with some red blood. He was at a friend's house where their dog also had diarrhea. No changes in his diet or routine, but he might have eaten something unusual there. What could be causing this and what should I do?
