She is on a prescription diet, takes a probiotic daily, and half a tablet of Pepcid. She has been vaccinated and dewormed. What could be causing her loose stools and vomiting, and what can be done to help her?

My Kooikerhondje, Dukkee, had a vaccine today and is limping, unable to put weight on the leg where the injection was given. He is sore up to his shoulder. Will icing assist here? The vaccine was for leptospira.
