What can I give my 3-year-old pit mix (39 lbs) to help stop diarrhea since this morning, which has been very watery and again tonight? She has been eating and drinking. Yesterday morning, she went into the great South Bay (salt water), put her whole head in water, and was pulling up seaweed. She has also been on atenolol 18 mg for over a month and 10 mg of Pepcid for gagging & small throw-ups for the last 2 weeks. Thinking the salt water ingested might have caused the diarrhea. Is there something I can give her to help stop the diarrhea?

My dog ate about 13 Mary's Gone Crackers this morning. The flavor is original, and the ingredients include whole brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, and tamari. I am concerned because he is limping really bad but I think it is not because of that. He doesn't feel well and is sleeping now. Is there anything in the crackers that would be dangerous?
