My 12-year-old ***** ***** terrier, Mandy, has difficulty breathing when she inhales, especially when she's laying down. She doesn't show this issue during the day or when she's active. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog has an eye that is suddenly red and pointing the wrong way. When did you notice the dog had this red eye? Any known allergies? The dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know? Only that his left eye looks straight ahead, but his right eye (the red one) is looking to the far right.
