My 10-year-old Border Collie mix was fine yesterday but this morning I found a large quantity of vomit including digested to undigested food and fluid. Since then, she has been not eating, drinking lots of water, and vomiting up the water within an hour or two. She is very inactive but awake and alert. I have felt around her abdomen and found no bloating, hard areas, or sensitivity. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog is being treated for cancer prevention and had chemotherapy on Thursday, which has caused severe nausea. Her prescribed anti-nausea medication (Cerenia 24 mg) is not enough to manage her symptoms. Is there anything else we can do to help her, and can Carafate be used safely in this situation?

My dog has had two seizures that I was present for. The first one was just light shaking, with no noticeable limb or mouth movement, lasting less than a minute. The second one lasted about 2.5 minutes. The first seizure occurred a month ago, and the recent one was on Saturday, 1/4/31. During the seizures, the entire body shook, and he was alert and responsive only after the seizure. What could be causing these seizures, and what should I do?
