My rescue dog has rashes around the hind legs. Is there a salve to help relieve the itching? I have bathed for fleas but have 2 cats and I think this pup is skin sensitive or the fleas just like her better. What can I put on the skin rashes while I deal with the fleas to comfort my dog?

My dog is panting, regurgitating, digging into furniture, very restless, and has no appetite. Normally she eats everything and anything. How long has she been feeling sick? Has there been any diarrhea? Does anything come up when she regurgitates? Is there any possibility that she may have eaten something she shouldn't, such as a toy, underwear, or something out of the garbage? Is she drinking water, and if so, is she able to keep it down?
