My 1.5-year-old pit bull mix, Daisy, has had diarrhea for the last couple of days. She hasn't vomited, her appetite and drinking are normal, and she plays as usual. The poop is somewhat formed with liquid and mucus at times. She eats 2.5 cups of food a day, including homemade dog food with brown rice, vegetables, and ground turkey or chicken. She was last dewormed about 8 months ago and shows no signs of worms. What can I do to help her?

My dog has developed a thin red line down one of its legs with no obvious cause. The skin has not been broken but it looks like a healing scratch or similar. She licks it constantly and that appears to be making it worse, causing the fur to disappear more. What can we do?
