Hi! We found 2 fleas on my dog this morning. Since then, we have given her the medication and she has been lethargic and now she has vomited. It’s white and foamy. Should we worry or are these 2 events not related?

I have a 12-year-old Chihuahua named Gizmo who has been snorting like he has a cold for the past two days. He has a history of snorting when excited, but this is more frequent and wetter. He has slight nasal discharge, clear, and is eating and drinking slightly less than normal. He also has dental issues and occasionally does a honking cough when excited. What could be causing this and what steps should be taken?

My dog, Samson, threw up all of his food from last night's dinner, has diarrhea, is very tired, and is not eating today. He vomited yellow foam this morning and has not vomited since. He has been drinking water but won't eat. What could be causing this and should we see a vet?
