I think my dog may have ringworm. I noticed a patch on his skin a couple of weeks ago, and there has been redness, itching, and hair loss. He is not itching the area specifically but has been generally itchy. The lesion is located near his leg. What could this be, and what should I do?

My small cat possibly digested a 300 mg pill of my large dog's pain medication (Rimadyl) from his surgery. They gave him hydrogen peroxide and he vomited maybe an hour or two after. It happened on Friday night. Is it too late to take him to the vet? He is not wanting to eat but drinking water and has urinated and had one bowel movement.
