My dog has had 11 seizures in 11 hours, is pacing, foaming at the mouth, and having seizures every few minutes. She has had seizures in the past but never this bad. She does not take any anticonvulsant or other medications. What should I do?

I got my puppies second round of shots on March 18th. They suggested that we return in 4 weeks (on April 14th) for the final round of shots and rabies vaccine. I am scheduled to go out of town at that time. Is it safe to get my dogs last set of shots one week early? He is about 6lbs and is a 10.5 week old Corgi.
