I have pain in my upper stomach that radiates to my back, accompanied by belching, a bloated stomach, and a bad taste in my mouth. The pain is relieved when I eat, but worsens when my stomach is empty. I have a history of gastritis, which seems worse this time. I also experience anxiety due to the severity of the pain and uncertainty about the cause.

I've been diagnosed with clonus and hyperflexibility. I show no signs of spine or brain trouble per MRI, but they did say I have a thinning of the lower spine. I was on Zyprexa for 3 years and had major issues due to this drug. Could this problem be the cause? Are there any other known cases out there in comparison? Please help.

I have invisible cuts on my tongue with a small white spot on the tip, a very bad taste, a chalky taste in my mouth, nausea, and difficulty eating. I tried Biotene mouthwashes but it didn't help. Could this be a fungal infection or an STD, especially since it occurred right after oral sex with a stranger?
