I have been experiencing various skin issues and pain in my genital and buttock areas for the past 2.5 months. Initially, I had a rash on my scrotum that turned into a blister, followed by a rash on my upper inner thigh, and now I have pain at the tip of my penis and in my buttocks. I have been tested for herpes and other STDs, all of which came back negative. I am currently taking fluconazole for a suspected yeast infection and have been prescribed Keflex for possible bacterial infection. I am experiencing burning sensations on my thighs and buttocks, and recently developed white spots on my outer upper thigh that are painful to touch. Additionally, I have a red dot on my penis that appears to be a friction burn from rough sex. What could be causing these symptoms and what steps should I take for relief?

I am trying to lose weight through diet and exercise, and I started a statin drug in January to address high cholesterol and triglycerides. An ultrasound in August revealed my liver had components 'compatible' with fatty liver. I am due for follow-up bloodwork in February and have regular check-ups with my primary care physician. She mentioned a liver biopsy might be needed but didn't recommend it yet. Am I doing all I can to address fatty liver? Does it progress quickly into further liver damage? Should I get a repeat imaging within a year to check for improvement? What are the chances of the statin raising my liver enzyme levels, and if they do, does that indicate worsening fatty liver or just a medication effect? If my liver enzymes become elevated, do doctors normally take me off the medication?

I keep getting infections in my fingers, particularly where my nail attaches to my skin. These infections often result from minor injuries like catching a piece of skin, leading to bleeding and subsequent infection. The infections are characterized by a hot, tight feeling, and form a thin, greenish scab with light, almost clear pus. This issue happens frequently and lasts for about five to six days. Additionally, every cut, piercing, or tattoo I've had has ended up infected, including a tongue stud and ear piercing. I have medical conditions such as hypothyroidism and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. What can I do to help these infections and stop them from happening? Why do I get so many infections?
