I just ran, and after I run, I get a dull pain on the left top side of my head. What could be the cause?

I have a bad cough that causes pain in my mid back on the right side, more on the side of my body than directly on my back, to the right of my rib cage. The pain does not hurt to the touch, only when I cough. I have been wheezing when I sleep and have a dry cough. I am a heavy drinker and smoker. What could be causing this and what should I do?
