Had umbilical hernia surgery two weeks ago. Pain was mitigating nicely day by day but today during a bowel movement I had pain in the right groin area. The pain comes and goes and is like a stab/grab sensation. Also uncomfortable to sit. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I stopped taking lamictal abruptly and felt very bad. My psychiatrist put me back on 100mg and I started feeling better. However, I drank 5 pints in Galway, which made me feel wrecked for a week. I increased my lustral to 250mg to get through work, and I'm noticing less worry and a slower brain, but I'm also very dreamy, spaced out, and tired. Should I give it another week before making any changes?

My blood pressure is 143 over 112 and my heart rate is 138. This is consistent. Over the past 5 years, I've had atrial fibrillation. I'm 55 years old and taking lisinopril. I've had shortness of breath for about 5 days. Should I go to the emergency room tonight?

I've been clean for more than 2 years and recently got in trouble twice in the same week for dilute UA. I have Hepatitis C and am borderline diabetic. I'm fighting in a treatment facility's 'Kangaroo Court' to prove I did nothing intentionally to dilute my UA. Could my conditions or medications affect my creatine levels, leading to dilute UAs?

I have been experiencing increased urination and inflammation on the head of my penis. I've talked to a doctor, had a recent STD check which was negative, and was prescribed Levofloxacin 750 mg for 7 days for a suspected urinary tract infection, but the symptoms have returned. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
