What could be wrong if you have had your period for almost three months with lots of clotting?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe, constant pains in my left arm for over a week, sometimes feeling like electricity shooting down my arm and causing numbness and swelling. I also have similar pains in my right foot and leg due to a previous accident. I'm concerned because my symptoms resemble those of my family members who have degenerative bone disease and a nerve disease. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be worried about genetic inheritance?

I had my wisdom teeth removed this past month and was given inhaled anesthetics (Mepergan and/or Darvocet). I haven't had my period yet, it's been 6 weeks. Can inhaled anesthetics cause me to be late for my period?
