My period has been having black blood clots and feeling like water. Am I pregnant?

I keep getting large black bruises, sometimes without remembering how I got them. I have a large bruise on my stomach that I don't know how I got. I'm a healthy 45-year-old female not on any medication, but I occasionally drink alcohol, get nosebleeds, and have slight gum bleeding. I also occasionally take ibuprofen and diclofenac for headaches and joint pains. What could be causing this and what should I do?
