I went swimming in very salty water yesterday and it got into my eye. During the night, I felt like there was a foreign body in my eye. Today, it feels very sore, sensitive to light, and still feels like something is in it. I have put eye drops in, but it still feels irritated. My cheek below the eye is also slightly swollen. What could be causing this and what should I do?
