I have irritation and discharge, and I've taken over-the-counter yeast infection medication. I was recently informed I have vestibular papillomatosis. I'm wondering if my symptoms could be vulvar vestibulitis and what to do about them.

I'm experiencing a weird feeling in my tongue and slightly off speech. I'm a 31-year-old female with no weakness in arms or legs, just back pain, and no family history of neurodegenerative diseases. I see little movement in my mouth, and my speech seems a bit off to others. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about a stroke?

I had 2 warts frozen off my lip 6 months ago. They left craters which are now forming back to regular shape. I applied apple cider vinegar (ACV) to the area, and after 15 seconds, white bumps/spots appeared around the border of the cryo spots and in other areas. Have the warts returned in multiples? Is there any other reason for these bumps on my lip from skin healing? My main concern is that I've been dating and we kiss, and I might have spread it to her. Does this look like an outbreak? Why did ACV turn the bumps white? This is similar to how my first 2 warts started, although they were bigger. The spots are coincidentally around my old ones. I would love for them not to be warts. Just want some clarification. Is it chapped skin bumps? I was told fordyce spots, but it seems too convenient to be located right on the cryo scar and above it. They aren't in any other area of my lip. Is it normal for bumps to raise on the lip?
