Ever since I was bitten by a flea from one of my cats a few years ago, every summer my legs tend to swell up and develop bilateral cellulitis, making them uncomfortable, stiff, and difficult to walk on. I have been examined in the hospital and found no serious health issues like diabetes or heart trouble. I have tried various treatments, including antibiotics and antihistamines, but they don't seem to work. My legs are still swollen despite rest and elevation. What else might be causing this ongoing problem, and what other treatments or tests should I consider?

I am a 56-year-old female with minor symptoms of incontinence and occasional blood spotting on my pad, at least 4 to 5 times a week. I've had a hysterectomy and gastrointestinal tract surgery 7 years ago for GIST cancer. Where could the blood spotting be coming from, and what tests should I consider?
