For a few days, I have had a strange sensation on my penis. It is not painful, there is no redness or swelling, and I urinate normally. I suspect I might have injured something during masturbation. The sensation can best be described as a slight tingling sensation that is more annoying than anything else. Can you help?

My ear clogs up in the morning or sometimes when I press around my temple area near the external ear. This also happens if I put anything in the outer ear canal and push up, causing a pressure sensation that extends to the nostril on the same side. After a shower, water entering the ear causes persistent pressure without pain, just discomfort. Is this the beginning of an ear infection, or could it be something else?

I have been dealing with anxiety for a long time, but lately it feels more intense, causing physical symptoms like itching, eye throbbing, dizziness, and even passing out. I am a breast cancer survivor, taking tamoxifen, celexa 40 mg, and restoril for sleep. I also take ACE inhibitors and blood pressure medications. Could these symptoms be due to medication interactions, and should I consult a psychiatrist?

I have been experiencing chronic back pain, buttocks pain, pain that radiates down to my toes on extreme days, bladder incontinence, difficulty urinating on bad days, double vision, and constant back spasms since injuring my tailbone 5 years ago. My MRI results show decreased signal in the L5 disc consistent with desiccation and degenerative disc disease, a 1.9 cm CSF cyst at S2 likely reflecting an arachnoid or Tarlov cyst, facet hypertrophy at L3-L4 and L4-L5, a small right paracentral subligamentous disc protrusion at L5-S1, and incidental findings of small hemangiomas in T11 and L4. Despite these findings, my pain is intense. Could any of these MRI findings be causing my pain, and if not, what other possibilities should I consider?
