For the last 2-3 months, I have been experiencing extreme heat sensations, dryness, and sensitivity under my left arm and lower jaw of my mouth, along with nausea, fatigue, bone pain, and a nosebleed from my left nostril for the first time. I am 53 years old, very healthy, and have never smoked. What could be the cause of these symptoms, and what type of tests should I undergo? Should I go to the emergency room?

I have a deep cut on my shin from a fall 3 weeks ago. The cut starts to scab but breaks open again when I move around and work, releasing a clear liquid that dries into a white/green substance. I have been cleaning the cut every other day and have received a tetanus shot and antibiotics from my doctor. How can I treat this cut to heal better and faster, and prevent the pus from returning?

After three years of dating, my boyfriend was recently diagnosed with HPV. Years ago, he was told it was nothing. We have been having unprotected sex (we both have been fixed) for 2 years, and I have no signs of infection. Is it possible that I have not been infected, or is it more likely that he was misdiagnosed again?
