For the last week, I've noticed that my right index finger gets very cold when my heart rate speeds up, such as during exercise or brisk walking. There is no discoloration, loss of sensation, or motor control. It only happens during these times and not with exposure to cold air. I'm a 41-year-old male with no known health issues. Should I see someone about this, or wait to see how it develops?

I have been seeing an orthopedic doctor due to pain in my left armpit and shoulder, and they found that a muscle has come off the bone in my arm. The doctor mentioned that the rotator cuff might have come off, which is unusual. I am currently on Oxycodone and Ketoprofen for pain, and I am being referred to a pain management clinic.
