For the past few days, I have been experiencing severe itching in my rectal area and around the base of my penis. I have tried Preparation H and Penaten cream, which have helped somewhat. I have minor hemorrhoids, high cholesterol (treated with simvastatin), and have recently started exercising and taking more vitamin C. I have been under stress lately. What could be causing this itching, and what can I do about it?

I've had my results back showing two lesions or white patches on the brain and one on my spine near the shoulders/top of neck. I've been told I'm to be sent for a lumbar puncture and some sort of eye examination. Could this be related to the tingling in my hands, numbness in my midrift, and headaches I've had since the start of the year?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend just over 3 weeks ago. A week after having sex, I experienced heavy bleeding and clotting for around 5 hours and severe abdominal pains. After this, I was lightly spotting. I'm guessing that I had an early miscarriage? As I've never bled like that before and it was the second time I had sex. I experienced abdominal pains up to 2 weeks after the suspected miscarriage. Now the pain comes and goes. I'm too scared to go to the doctors as sex before marriage is forbidden according to my religion and I don't want anything like that to go into my medical record. Some days, I feel as though I'm pregnant. Is this normal? My periods have always been irregular so I'm not sure as to when I should take a pregnancy test. Please help.
