For the past several days, I have not slept all the way through the night. I wake up about 3 hours in, and fall back asleep. Then, I wake up every 45 minutes to 1 hour until I wake up, about 8.5 hours later. This constant waking does not seem to affect me, and I am only awake for about a minute at a time. I know I am waking up and not dreaming because I am recording the times I wake up on my watch. This is another weird thing: I have never really dreamed before, however now I seem to be dreaming in between every time I wake up. Is this a sign of a more serious health-related issue?
