Is it safe to eat Mahi Mahi during pregnancy, considering the FDA's mercury guidelines can be confusing?

I have high blood pressure after a colonoscopy, with a reading of 167/113 and a heart rate of 76. I also have multiple sclerosis (MS) and am experiencing tingling sensations all over. I take losartan potassium 50 mg daily and have taken an additional pill to help. My normal blood pressure is around 122/70, and I was fine yesterday. My family has a history of high blood pressure, my mom had a double bypass, and my dad passed away from a massive stroke. I also take a baby aspirin daily. I am experiencing slight shortness of breath and a heavy chest. What should I do?

I came home from a business trip a week ago and started coughing that night. The cough has worsened, and I've developed cold symptoms and occasional wheezing. I'm concerned it might be bronchitis.
