Hello, I am a 62-year-old female. I am having problems with one of my ears. This started on Saturday afternoon when I lost total hearing in one ear. I have psoriasis and used baby oil on my scalp, which led to feeling like I had swimmer's ear the next morning. I tried using ear wax removal drops from CVS but they haven't helped. I can hear very little out of that ear now. I started taking Cipro but there has been no change. Should I go to urgent care?

I think I have a UTI. I have been experiencing pain at the very tip of my penis and finding it difficult to urinate. The opening seems smaller and requires more effort. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a lump on the side of my breast about the size of a small walnut that I found about a week ago. Last night, I squeezed out some white, dry stuff that crumbled between my fingers, and now it's more liquid white followed by whitish blood. Should I be concerned about this? I recently started a healthy lifestyle, following the Weight Watchers plan and exercising.

In a medical practice where an experienced MD trains a new MD in cosmetic surgery, should the patient be explicitly informed that the associate is new to the specialty and will be overseen by the experienced MD, even though the associate is performing the procedure?

I have a rash on my stomach, arms, and inner thighs that I initially thought was poison ivy. I've been on prednisone for 14 days and am now off. I've been using Tecnu soap after suspected exposure and still breaking out in new areas. I change my clothes and bedding regularly, and I wash my hands after touching my cat who goes in the woods. I don't go in the woods or anywhere I know poison ivy grows. What could be causing this rash, and what should I do?
