I have sleep apnea and was sent to the ER yesterday due to bad congestion, shortness of breath, and anxiety. I can't wear my BiPAP machine now. Besides congestion, I don't have a cough or chills. I have to do a nose wash nightly and have pre-existing conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, and water retention.

I have several questions about HIV/AIDS transmission and symptoms. Can HIV antibodies be suppressed in immunocompromised individuals? Would a CBC with differential look normal if someone had severe AIDS? Is it possible to have Kaposi's sarcoma without AIDS? Can HIV be transmitted through shared razors, vape devices, or cups? Is precum a risk factor for HIV transmission during sexual encounters without ejaculation? Could dry mouth cause certain oral symptoms that might be mistaken for HIV-related conditions? Are HIV tests accurate even if someone has high CRP and sed rate? Can HIV be transmitted to a child through shared razors, cups, or vape devices? Is a high CRP and sed rate more likely due to autoimmune conditions or AIDS? If someone has an immunodeficiency diagnosis, would their white blood cell count be low? Can HIV be transmitted through kissing?

I was with a girl who has active herpes. She kept her pants on but I slipped my hand under the back of her pants and fondled her buttocks, and later I touched my own penis. In addition, she gave me a handjob. Could I have contracted herpes this way, or does my penis need to have had direct contact with her infected area to have contracted herpes?

I want to get my 67-year-old wife scheduled for a COVID-19 Moderna vaccination with Dr. Rahul Khare at Innovative Express Care at 2400 N. Ashland in Chicago. If no appointments are available, can I get her on a waiting list? Additionally, my wife had cancer in 2012.

I had a D&C for a biopsy with general anesthesia on Wednesday. I still feel groggy and tired, and I'm very sensitive to medications. I'm wondering if it's safe to resume strenuous exercise after a few days if I feel okay, and if it's normal to still feel tired and groggy three days after anesthesia. Additionally, I'm scheduled for my first Covid vaccine in two days. Given my sensitivity to medications and recent surgery, is it safe to proceed with the vaccine?
