I've never been pregnant before, but I was experiencing symptoms like abdominal pains, extreme backaches, headaches, increased appetite and thirst, and more sleep than usual. I also noticed a change in my food preferences. I took two home pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. Is there a possibility I could still be pregnant?

I had melanoma on my arm over 4 years ago, stage 1b. I now have several swollen lymph nodes in my neck, have been dealing with a head cold, and seeing a chiropractor for my neck when all these popped up. Do you think it is at all related to the melanoma on my arm? My auxiliary nodes are fine.
