How do we register to sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine?

In April 2020, I fell and got a concussion. Since then, I occasionally experience nausea, vomiting, bright red face, and severe sweating. I've never had a concussion before, and these symptoms are not stable. I can be in public places like a grocery store when it happens. How old are you? Are you currently using any medications? I am 74 years old and take synthroid, estradiol, lisinopril, lamictal, atenolol, and trintillex. Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know? Not that I can think of now.

I am experiencing a metallic/sour taste and smell that developed within the last week. I took a Plan B pill two weeks ago and used Advil on two separate days, but not exceeding the daily recommended amount. I had COVID-19 in November, which also affected my senses. I am not currently using Advil or any other medications. What could be causing this taste and smell, and what should I do about it?

My wife and I are over 75 years old and need a COVID-19 vaccination appointment. We have tried every site listed on various websites for Nassau and New York City but have not been successful. What can we do to secure an appointment?

I took 4 doses of azithromycin 250mg each (total of 1g) and 800mg of cefixime on Tuesday night at 7:20pm EST. I experienced abdominal pain until yesterday morning and then developed a localized rash on my left arm that has since grown larger. I also have a small spot on my left abdominal region that may or may not be a rash. I received the Moderna vaccine a week before taking the antibiotics. I am currently taking hydrocortisone and cetirizine antihistamine. What could be causing the rash and abdominal pain, and should I be concerned about a serious adverse reaction?
