My nose seems to twitch sometimes, like inside, and I can't see what is causing this. What could this be?

I was bitten by fleas from a dog 8 months ago and have a persistent rash that won't go away. The rash consists of tiny red bumps that slowly grow larger, then start to itch and become scaly. They never develop pus, and my boyfriend hasn't contracted it, suggesting it may be something that entered my blood from the bites. The dog had significant hair loss, which I suspect was due to an infection. What could be causing this rash?

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and was told I had bile splashing into my stomach. I was prescribed Questrin along with Carafate and Protonix for a Hiatal hernia, ulcer, and GERD. I've been very sick for two months with pain, nausea, and barely eating. What is Questrin supposed to do, and how long does it take to feel better? Are there other medications or tests that could help, and could these issues cause symptoms like bubbling in the chest area and fluttering in the chest?
