If gluing won't work, why can't the crack be widened to create two teeth and then capped? Is there a cutting-edge solution that an average dentist might not know about?

I was hit in the side of my head (on accident) and heard a large pop. I now can hardly hear out of my ear, my throat hurts on that side, and blood came out of my ear canal, which makes me believe something tore or ruptured. Is there anything I can do to speed the healing process so I can hear normal again, or will I be slightly deaf in that ear forever?

I think I might have Crohn's disease, gluten intolerance, or a similar condition. I often feel bloated and use anusol suppositories, which help. I'm unsure if a camera needs to be put in my rectum to diagnose these conditions and how to know if I have gluten intolerance. Bread seems to be the worst for me. What should I do?
