I am experiencing tingling sparks in my feet, arms, hands, shoulders, and face, along with a burning sensation in my feet that feels like they are on fire. I am in my early 40s, overweight, but otherwise healthy, not on any medication, and do not smoke, drink, or use recreational drugs. My blood sugar levels are normal.
