I am hyperactive and need to book an appointment. I am really sick and need to take care of it, but walking clinics don't prescribe Adderall. I can't even walk nowadays. What should I do?

Can taking a fiber supplement cause loose/diarrhea stools? I’ve been having some pain in my abdomen on my left side at about my belt line, which my stools have been normal. Today, however, I had the slight pain and went to the restroom and had a loose/diarrhea type stool that floated with undigested broccoli and carrots in it.
