I'm working but not hard and I get tired like if I worked all day, and I just want to sleep all day. What could be causing this?

Over the past 4 years, I have been experiencing bad headaches, minor sore throats, a feeling of having a temperature, and aches in my arms. These symptoms can last for a week and then disappear for a couple of days, sometimes being worse in the morning and milder in the afternoon. Currently, this latest episode has lasted for over 4 weeks. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?
