My 3 1/2 year old son unbuckled his car seat and stood up, hitting his mouth hard when I had to brake suddenly. He has a Y-shaped split in his lower lip about 1/2 inch long and is complaining about wiggly teeth. He won't eat, is whiny, and won't play with his siblings. Should he go to the emergency medical center or wait to see the dentist on Monday morning?

I have 10-month-old twins. One twin is doing fine, but the other twin's head measurement is decreasing, and she has only gained 1 ounce in three weeks. She is on Zantac, and we have tried new feeding methods and waking her at night for feedings. The local clinic has not provided any answers. As a mother of four, I know something is wrong, and she also vomits forcefully at times. Do you have any suggestions?

I have chest congestion, a dry throat, a dry cough that causes headaches, a runny nose, dizziness, chest pain, and a rattling sensation when I take a deep breath. I also have a small ball under my armpit that hurts when pressed, and my voice sounds different. My husband has been coughing a lot, and his coworker has the flu. I am worried about having pneumonia, bronchitis, or the new virus. What can I do to feel better and should I be concerned about these symptoms?
