I am 36 years old and have been experiencing diarrhea for a couple of days. The diarrhea is completely black in color, and I am also experiencing severe dry mouth. I take several medications regularly, including Nexium, Prozac, eye drops for glaucoma, and Diamox. I have no appetite and am not eating much. Why would I have black diarrhea, and is there something over the counter that can help?

I have been experiencing left shoulder pain for the second week, which is not consistent but is particularly severe today. The pain sometimes extends to my neck and shoulder.
