I am 39 years old. On Sunday, my upper belly became distended with a lot of pain. I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago, but the pain feels just like that. It hurts more after meals. I've also been having diarrhea. What could be causing this and what should I do?

When I have sex, my partner says she itches after sex. She has had a white discharge for about a week, and I am the only one she is with. I have no symptoms, but I think I might be the cause. Sometimes I use a condom, especially when she has this problem. What can I take and what can she take to stop this besides condoms?

I keep getting an itch at the top of my penis, especially when I'm not at work and just sitting around. It makes me feel like I need to urinate, and sometimes it worsens after swimming. The area is slightly redder at the top of my penis. I've had this issue for about 8 months now, and there's no discharge.
