My head is pulling back and I cannot concentrate. It feels like my head is spinning and objects are moving in front of my eyes. This has been going on for the last 3 days with no headaches, just a feeling of weight on my head. What could this be and should I see a doctor?

I keep getting a throbbing/pulsating pain in my calf at night, which is quite painful for a minute. It feels like it's in the exact same place and has been going on for a few weeks. I am 17 weeks pregnant and quite worried. There is no swelling or redness, no family history of this, and I'm not taking any medications.

I am a 38-year-old female with cyclical flu-like symptoms occurring every 5 to 10 days for three years. Symptoms include nausea, fatigue, chills, mild fever, increased bowel movements, and mild headaches, with slight ear pain preceding the episode. I have undergone numerous tests and treatments, including gallbladder removal and thyroid cancer treatment, and was diagnosed with central sensitization disorder. My current doctor is perplexed by these cyclical symptoms and is considering cyclical vomiting syndrome, though I do not vomit. Could this be a minor form of cyclical vomiting syndrome, and are there any tests to confirm this?

I'm scheduled to have surgery for plantar fasciitis. I'm unsure if it's necessary and concerned about the recovery time. I've tried physical therapy, new shoes, orthotics, and cortisone shots, but still have pain after 6 months. The pain isn't severe enough to keep me from work but prevents exercise and causes hip pain. I'm scheduled for an endoscopic procedure with a small incision on the side of the heel and am worried about potential complications or if the surgery might not help. Should I reconsider having this done, especially since I recently gained weight after quitting smoking?
