asked

I am 69 years old with multiple health issues, including being diabetic for 30 years, heart problems, respiratory issues, knee and back problems. My feet have been very swollen for about two weeks, and yesterday, my right leg started draining clear liquid just above my foot. I have been advised to double my fluid pills and keep the area washed and covered with gauze, but the swelling hasn't gone down. What could be causing this and what should I do?
