I have severe pain in my chest on the right side, which worsens with breathing, movement, and specific arm movements. The pain started shortly after lifting my granddaughter overhead. I have no cough, cold, or history of heart or gallbladder disease, but I have arthritis, Crohn's disease, and fibromyalgia. I also have chronic diarrhea for the past 3.5 weeks, but a recent CT scan for diverticulitis was clear. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and have had only 1 sexual encounter a week ago, which resulted in incredible pain, soreness, itch, and now bleeding. I've been keeping the area clean and applying antibiotic cream to reduce itch. The blood is a light brownish color and does not burn when urinating. I've been taking hormone replacement for 6 months, which is very effective. My boyfriend is larger than normal, and I initially thought it might be a tear, but now a week has passed and it seems to be getting worse.

I am a 61-year-old female who fell on a hard concrete floor, impacting the right side of my chest and right knee. Initially, I experienced soreness but no severe pain. However, I now have increasing burning pain under my right breast toward my arm, especially when turning or bending down. I have been taking Aleve, but it doesn't seem to help much. Should I see my doctor, and is there anything else I should be doing to help this situation other than rest?
