I am a 23-year-old male with cough, flu-like symptoms including congestion, sore throat, nausea, headaches, and a slight fever that spikes occasionally for over a month. I also experience severe migraine-type headaches, dizzy spells, weakened vision, and extreme exhaustion with body aches. My cough and congestion come and go, but nausea is strong, and I feel my body struggles with simple tasks. Is this normal, and what should I do?

I am 58 years old and drink at least 3 beers per night. I only produce 1 drop of semen. Is this due to the alcohol? I take Proviron, 10 mg per day instead of 3x per day. I take Semenex once a day instead of 3x per day. I do aerobics daily and have a great diet with no sugar (except alcohol). I have spinach salad and red bean soup every day for lunch. Breakfast is a fruit smoothie (no sugar). I have double espresso and diet coke every day. I take Ritalin (10mg) per day, Dalmane, Imovane, Cyclobenzaprine, aspirin, ibuprofen, atenolol (25mg) every day. However, I have low blood pressure and low cholesterol. I have had MRI of my bowel area and have had transrectal seminal exploration that shows normal everything. I get huge erections with Cialis, have orgasm...but 1 drop of semen. What is the solution?

I'm experiencing tingling on the right side of my right hand, lower right arm, and lower right leg, which occasionally bothers me. I've also started getting twitches in various places, including my left hand. My blood work is fine, but I'm worried it could be multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson's disease, especially since my uncle had Parkinson's. Could it be either of these conditions?
