I am a 26-year-old vegetarian female with chronic lower abdominal pain on my lower right side, lower right stomach, and lower back. The pain has been ongoing for almost 3 years without a diagnosis. I have had kidney/bladder infections, kidney stones, and various tests including a laparoscopy, colonoscopy, HIDA scan, CT scans, and ultrasounds, all of which have come back normal or inconclusive. The pain is moderate to severe and constant when it occurs, but it comes and goes. I see no relation to meals or foods, but I have noticed some relief after eating. What could be causing this pain and where should I go from here?

Is there any way I can pass a drug test for methamphetamines? I heard about drinking baking soda and water right before a drug test to pass. Is there any truth to this?

Good Evening, I smashed my little finger in my car trunk on July 4th. The nail is just now trying to come off, it's still attached to the skin, but the sides come up like you've got fake nails on. I don't have insurance, so is there anything I can do about this short of waiting until it comes off on its own? Thank you.
